WHAT DO WE DO
Duties of the department include maintaining official personnel records, benefits, maintaining employee recognition, retirement, employee evaluation, and teacher certification. Other responsibilities include: providing and distributing information concerning Flossmoor School District 161 as well as serving and/or leading the following district initiatives: Board of Education policies, negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, worker's and unemployment compensation, wage and salary computation, employment of guest teachers, and staff development for classified employee groups.
