Heather Hill 5th grade students during the 2019-20 school year will be attending Outdoor Education in the fall. If your child requires medication (either over-the-counter or prescription) on the trip, please complete the physician's authorization and permission for administration of prescription and over-the-counter medication for outdoor education program form.
