Heather Hill Kindergarten teacher Katie May went all out for the 100th day celebration! She celebrated with a fabulous costume and a party with her students.

Mrs. Carattini's class had a special celebration following Aimsweb testing last week! The celebration included a quick scavenger hunt and fort building with the items they collected!

Happy last day of school! We miss you all so much and wish we were together to say goodbye in person. Over the next few weeks, please take time to relax and enjoy the sunshine. A HUGE THANK YOU to all the staff for their dedication throughout the year, Dr. Smith for his guidance and support, the Board of Education for making decisions that are best for our students, and our PTO for working endlessly behind the scenes to spread kindness. To the kindergarteners: Congratulations on finishing your first year in school! We can not wait to see you grow over the next five years. To the 5th Grade: Your time at Heather Hill has come to an end. However, you will ALWAYS be a hornet. We wish you the best of luck on your next journey. Come back to visit! Please enjoy this End of Year video. https://youtu.be/BjQgQKX4njI

We may not be in school, but let's still practice our Cool Tools!
PBIS Cool Tool for the Week of 3/16 is Way to Play.
During our E-Learning away from Heather Hill School, we will get up and be active with Way to Play. By setting aside 30 minutes to 1 hour of active play every day you will get your heart pumping and work out your muscles. Watch these fun workout videos from NFL Play 60 and get up and get moving. Challenge yourself every day for 60 minutes of active play. If we follow this expectation of getting up and getting active we are being responsible, respectful and safe.

Don’t forget to come sign your kindergarten student up for the 2020 school year! We are at Heather Hill until 8:00pm. #gohornets161
