Flossmoor Hills had an exciting day with our fall parade and parties! Thank you to the all of the parents that packed our gym today to support our students and the PTO for providing our students with fun parties and treats! Check out some of our neat costumes!







Congratulations to our Cherrydale Fundraiser Winners! They won the opportunity to serve as Principal and Assistant Principal for the day! We had fun visiting classrooms, supervising lunch and meeting with Dr. Smith, our superintendent!





Check out these 4th graders working on the element of value in art class! They are learning all about light source, shadows and highlights.





Flossmoor Hills had a great time with the NED show for our school wide PBIS celebration! We learned all about what it means to have a growth mindset and the power of YET!




Homewood-Flossmoor High School Your VOICE Matters Survey: As Homewood-Flossmoor High School charts a course for the future through a strategic planning process, it is asking the community to share their thoughts on what is going well and what areas the school may want to rethink. The entire HF community is invited to take the Your VOICE Matters Survey. Results will be analyzed by the Strategic Planning Team.

It's Rock Your School Spirit Week at Flossmoor Hills! Check out some of our rockstar students!




Happy Hispanic Heritage Month! Our students are celebrating in STEAM by learning about Hispanic and Latino countries and their cultures. Student's are creating digital flags using a computer program.




District 161's Board of Education meeting has been cancelled for Tuesday, September 26, 2023. The next District 161 Board of Education will take place on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, at 6:00 p.m.


The Flossmoor Hills zone brought lots of energy to cheer on the Hidden Gem Marathon Runners!







The Back to School Skate Party was a huge success! Thank you to the PTO for organizing a family fun event.









Can't wait to see our families tomorrow from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m., at open house! Come and meet our staff and learn about your child's daily schedule, class routines and curriculum.


Due to the excessive heat warning forecasted for Wednesday and Thursday, please be advised that we will have indoor recess for students. Also, please be sure to dress your child in light colored, loose clothing and send them with a water bottle.
