Parents, peers and students are invited to nominate their favorite District 161 staff or faculty member based on the following criteria: staff member participates above and beyond the defined boundaries of his/her duties and responsibilities; takes initiative to develop or implement creative solutions that benefit students, the school or the community; is positive, punctual and professional; demonstrates effective communication and outreach across all settings; and inspires others to make District 161 a better place.
